To provide a safe positive environment for young athletes to develop their soccer skill sets to prepare
them for the next level of play and to instill in them a core set of principles which will help them
navigate through school and their personal lives.

MSC United wants to the leader in providing soccer development in Arizona. We strive to find the best
coaches, trainers and staff to provide the highest level of soccer training and mentorship. In addition, we
look to find the best facilities, looking to build indoor and outdoor facilities that are privately owned and
operated to best provide for our members.

We hold strong to the core valueswhich make our board and coaching staff the best in Arizona. We
believe coaches are mentors and should instill within themselves the following values and then teach
those same values to our athletes:

Our philosophy is to train every player that walks through the gate. If a player strives to get better, it is our job to make sure that happens
