Dear Coaches, attached is a report that you might find very interesting in terms of how European countries develop and implement a vision for developing players, plus the report contains an overview of systems and playing styles used by several European National teams during the European championship last summer in which Spain took the honors (thought this was topical as the USA MNT plays Spain on Wednesday).
I am hoping this is the kind of information will inspire us as Coaches to take a look at how we in contrast are developing players, styles of play and systems of play in Arizona and across the USA.
